Alpha One Aviation Support Services provides comprehensive aviation support solutions for:
- Business aviation
- Private operators
- Government delegations
- Diplomatic missions
- COP17 aviation operations in Mongolia
Our services may include flight support coordination, ground handling arrangements, permits and clearances, operational assistance, crew support, transportation coordination, and related aviation services.
The exact scope of services will be defined in the confirmed agreement, quotation, or operational request between both parties.
- All service requests are subject to availability, operational approval, and applicable aviation regulations.
- Service confirmations are only valid once approved in writing by Alpha One Aviation Support Services.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate operational details, schedules, and documentation required for service coordination.
- All quotations are valid for the period specified in the proposal.
- Prices may be adjusted due to operational changes, airport fees, fuel costs, government charges, or additional client requests.
- Payment terms will be specified in the invoice or service agreement.
- Services may be suspended in cases of delayed or incomplete payment.
The client agrees to:
- Provide complete and accurate operational information
- Submit all required permits and documentation on time
- Comply with Mongolian aviation regulations and international aviation standards
- Inform Alpha One Aviation Support Services of any schedule or operational changes immediately
Alpha One Aviation Support Services is not responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Airport restrictions or closures
- Government regulations or diplomatic restrictions
- Air traffic control delays
- Security incidents or force majeure events
All operations must comply with:
- Mongolian civil aviation regulations
- International aviation laws and procedures
- Airport authority requirements
- Security and customs regulations
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that their operations, passengers, and cargo comply with all applicable laws.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all flight operations, passenger details, diplomatic movements, and operational information. Information will only be disclosed when required for operational coordination or by law.
Alpha One Aviation Support Services shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Delays caused by third parties or authorities
- Operational interruptions outside our reasonable control
- Losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client
- Any modifications to confirmed services must be submitted in writing.
- Additional charges may apply for operational changes, urgent requests, or cancellations.
- Cancellation terms may vary depending on the nature of the requested services.
All website content, branding, documents, and operational materials provided by Alpha One Aviation Support Services remain the property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
